--|What Oblivia Lords Is, Essentially||
Oblivia Lords is an Anthropomorphic Character Role-Play site. Anthropomorphics, or Anthros, are basically humans with animal like features/characteristics. So Oblivia Lords allows you to make your own anthro character, then roleplay them with other users!
--|Plot (What we have so far)||
What seems like an ordinary society, ..is an ordinary society. People go on with their ordinary lives, doing whatever they wish. Outcasts haven't bothered the city in months, and all is quiet.
Perhaps a little too quiet...
--|Useful Stuff About Oblivia||
Oblivia is a land of prosperity for certain individuals. Oblivia is a very small region lightyears away from Earth. It's ruled by what're called Elemental Lords & Ladies.
Elemental Lord/Lady: A strong individual who has a vivid mastery of a certain element.
Citizen: Someone who lives in Oblivia and supports the Elemental Lords.
As I said with the whole "certain individuals" thing, Oblivia can be a land of hope, and at the same time, a hellish torture chamber.
Outcast: Generally someone who does not support the Elemental Lords and tortures the innocent to obtain power, knowledge, and/or money. Some are weaker than sheep, while others can be as strong as Elemental Lords. Very dangerous things can happen when Outcasts band together as groups...

I.) You're allowed to swear, just don't go on a swearing spree D=
II.) PLEASE HAVE A DECENT SENSE OF HUMOR.
III.) You can post as many bios as you want, but make sure they're approved before you roleplay them!
IV.) Only one Elemental Lord per person. Unless Feral says otherwise.
V.) No spamming or using 1337 sp33k/txt tlk.
VI.) No Powerplaying/Godmoding. (The first is controlling w/o permission/Roleplaying others characters. The second is highly over-powering your characters. [I.E.: Destroying planets with the flick of a finger = Not fair.])
VII.) Please try to finish your bios/posts before you post them. I realize that you might have to leave the computer before you finish a bio/post for whatever reason, but you can quickly save the bio in Microsoft Word or something else so you can work on it later.
VIII.) Remember that Feral can limit your privilages or ban you if necessary.
